Antique & Classic Boat Festival

Join the raft-up and land excursion to St. Michaels on Saturday and Sunday, June 17-18.
Rod and Dennise have secured a slip at Miles River Yacht Club, located on Long Haul Creek just north of St. Michaels. There is plenty of room to throw down your anchor for a raft-up and then dinghy over to Moxie for heavy hors d'oeuvres at 1700 hours. Please bring a dish to share along with your favorite beverage.
On Saturday afternoon, we hope you'll join Dennise and Rod and take a water taxi or dingy over to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, which is holding its 35th Antique & Classic Boat Festival and Coastal Arts Fair. Wooden and fiberglass classics, vintage racers, and other antique boats will be displayed. This year's festival highlights the theme of "Show Us Your First Love", inviting boat owners to display their boats and share stories about what first launched them on their lifelong love of classic and antique boats. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Maritime Museum website or at the door for $19.00 or $16.00 for seniors.
